The time has finally arrived! We will be raising all our prices across the board beginning November 1. All alcohol will be raised by 25 cents; each item on the bar menu by 50 cents, and our chicken and fish dinners will go to $11. Unfortunately, the cost of everything has risen and we simply have no choice.
November 9 is a "Feather Party", coupled with the SAL Steak Fry. It starts at 5:00 pm and goes until all the meat packages are gone - which usually takes less than two hours. So come out early, have a great meal from the SAL, and win some items to take home for your freezer. Don't forget there will be music/karaoke beginning at 7:00 pm in the bar. It'll be a lot of fun!!

SAL will be selling Pork Burgers at Corn School and volunteers are needed to help man the booth. SteakFry nights are October 12 and November 9, with another Feather Party on November 9. We are always looking for members to volunteer on these nights.
When sending in your membership forms, please make sure all addresses and phone numbers are updated for our records.

Fall has arrived! Our 50-50 winners were Jack Hagberg, Sue Cripe, Tom McQue, and Cindy Miller. Thank you for supporting the Children's Christmas Party and our veterans. On October 31, we will be having the Past President's Parley at the post. All auxiliary ladies are invited and we will be eating at 6:00 pm. Please bring a dish to share- we will provide the chicken.
Our Children's Christmas Party is December 9 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm, for ages 1 month to 12 years old. The sign-up sheet can be found here, and the names need to be in by December 2.
Keep Trudy Manderfeld in your prayers - she is doing better. Remember our veterans on Veteran's Day and have a happy Halloween and Thanksgiving.
